Objects carved and shaped by hand, material memory, and exact proportion.
ATELIER HANNES WOJDA develops furniture and objects that emerge from an inner movement rather than a fixed idea. Each work is organically carved, always in motion, and carries its own distinct expression. Every piece is reduced to what is essential — held by material, tension, and the quiet presence of the hand.
I do not give my works names. They are meant to remain open, not defined by language, but experienced through form, surface, and proportion.
In close collaboration with clients, I also develop bespoke pieces tailored to specific needs and spatial contexts.
My practice stands in quiet contrast to industrial furniture production and synthetic materials. I am a trained German master cabinetmaker, and my practice is grounded in traditional craftsmanship, refined through a contemporary, reduced approach that values honesty, precision, and permanence.
